Irene's Vigan Empanada

On Day 2, March 24, 2012, Aldrin and I followed the group after their island adventure... we rode the Partas bus at 9:30AM to San Juan, Ilocos Sur... lunch at Gel's Restaurant, La Union... changed plan to Vigan City... met the group in front of Vigan Cathedral... went for a walk with the group at Vigan City Heritage Village... ate empanada at Irene's Vigan Empanada... ate halo-halo at one the of the Vigan City old houses... on our way to San Juan, Ilocos Sur... 

swimming at San Juan Resort... dinner at Mayor Bernard D. Sarmiento's residence...
